@airindia is now calling this a “no-show”, despite airport staff issuing a letter confirming my 70+ & 80+ yr old parents were present and my mother denied boarding through no fault of theirs.
We want a full refund and accountability for the distress caused.

@airindia issued a ticket & boarding pass to my 75+ senior citizen mother, with a valid UAE visa & confirmed 6-day return.
They were denied boarding at the airport due to “<6-month passport validity”.
Why wasn’t this flagged earlier?
Inhumane. Unacceptable.
