Ever noticed why the roads in gurgaon are not built from corner to

@airtelindia worst technicians of all, they cannot solve their own doing & keep blaming the other technicians , and keep finding others to blame. Such inefficient & incompetent skills the technicians have.. wonder what training @airtelindia gives them@and are they even trained?
