Chappell, Jennie, Dua and Callum, now Hudson, that was the ones I remember being stalked and harassed in Paris this year. The problem isn't the celebrities reactions, but rather those stalkers, who clearly aren't fans, seeking for autographs and a negative reaction from them just to make money selling videos and photos. They have every right to be scared and angry at these stalkers, mostly men, who are following them wherever they go.

And it isn't people close to them leak informations, it's a system that has been around much longer than Hudson has been alive, let's not forget incidents from the 90s/00s. So please, stop looking for people to blame within Hudson's social circle, unfortunately, this is something much bigger and older than him.
