I hope everyone here will help amplify this:
I’ve been in contact with the wife of the late Palestinian footballer Suleiman Al Obaid, killed by Israel while trying to bring food to his 5 children, who are now left in a dire situation.

The silence is deafening! It will haunt us all our lives for generations to come. We failed. The world failed. Humanity failed. Headless children, starving, broken, battered, targeted and we stayed quiet. Sorry Anas, sorry to all the brave souls who tried to get us to speak.
He posted 45 minutes ago and now he’s dead.
Kinetic strike. Most likely keyed off his cell phone signal, which the IDF tracks.
To the “journalists” in the West who toe the line with the NYT editorial board. Any words for your colleague?
Israel just assassinated the entire Al Jazeera crew in Gaza: fearless journalists and cameramen reporting the truth amid genocide.
This is a war crime and a crime against humanity.
Where are the Western journalists? Will they condemn this, or choose silence and complicity?
Anas Al Sharif was born in 1996.
He was 4 when the Second Intifada began in 2000. He was 11 when Israel imposed the blockade on Gaza in 2007. He was 12 during Cast Lead in 2008–2009. He was 18 during the 2014 assault on Gaza. He was 29 when Israel assassinated him in 2025.
The fact that journalists in Gaza all have pre-written posthumous messages to be published upon news of their death tells you all you need to know about their existence & how we’ve failed them. Anas Al-Sharif faced death twice: writing this and when killed by the Israeli military
Between a "No Other Land" crew mate filming himself being killed by a settler, to a journalist being killed by airstrikes he was covering minutes earlier, I'm not sure how much more televised Israel's genocide can be
I’m sitting on a public patio, crying for a man I never met. @AnasAlSharif0 carried Gaza’s truth to the world with courage that terrified Israel. They killed him for it. My heart is breaking.
After you, Anas, the news lost its meaning, and the world turned dark. You’ve become the news,a headline needing no words, an image never shown. This is how truth is silenced: by killing the voice that spoke it, and blinding the eye that saw it.
Barely an hour ago, Palestinian journalist Anas Al-Sharif warned if this doesn’t end, “Gaza will be reduced to ruins, its people’s voices silenced, their faces erased — and history will remember you as silent witnesses to a genocide you chose not to stop.”
Israel just killed him
