@jerrybrito @cryptoregtech @laurashin I suggest you talk with a sanctions attorney about OFAC's expansive interpretation of property interests, upheld by the Supreme Court. OFAC has far more authority here than you suggest in the interview. CT is an echo chamber of bad takes on the designation
@stephendpalley OFAC doesn't really administer any kind of surveillance regime. FinCEN maintains the expansive BSA reporting requirements. OFAC just tells industry to maintain risk-based compliance controls, and they bring the hammer for sanctions violations. It's more fuck around and find out.
@caseykcaruso Before podcasts were a thing, Wilber conducted the only interview I know of with either of the Wachowskis on the meaning of the Matrix. I might listen again before watching Matrix 4 https://t.co/Rcf9TRAZuv
@NelsonMRosario Director Newcomb published some Berman interpretations in the 2003-2004 timeframe that I think are broadly applicable to the crypto space. This article cites some of them: https://t.co/6oMDRysnmI
