Amazon is not ready for a refund, they are blaming us that we were not there when pickup was scheduled. But that's not the case, the amazon guy didn't pickup as they said the QR code is mis-matched. I have attached the guy pic which had come for pickup. @PMOIndia @AmazonHelp

@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia Vande Bharat would be success, but most important is the IRCTC website, which needs a serious improvement asap. Every time we try to book tatkal tickets, why the website gets hanged? Servers are unable to process these req or the site gets hacked?
