RFK Jr. says being on a carnivore diet helped him significantly reduce visceral fat.
“I had a full-body MRI a year ago and I went to this doctor who said my organs were covered with visceral fat.”
“I went on his diet, which is the carnivore diet.”
“He said I can get rid of all that visceral fat within 90 days.”
“Thirty days later I had lost 40% of it.”
“The MRI I took this week, I was down to 1 percentile of visceral fat.”
“About half the cabinet is on this same diet right now.”
RFK Jr. says Cheerios contain more glyphosate per serving than the vitamin D added to enrich the cereal.
Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup, the most widely used weed killer on Earth.
It is sprayed on 70 different food crops including corn, soy, canola, and wheat.
If you eat a slice of bread, a bowl of cereal, a plate of pasta, a slice of pizza, or chicken nuggets, there is a good chance one or more of those ingredients was doused in Roundup before it left the farm.
RFK Jr. says glyphosate destroys the gut microbiome by attacking the shikimate pathway, which is how the microbiome communicates with itself.
Monsanto claimed glyphosate was safe because it does not interfere with any human organ.
That claim was made before we understood the microbiome was an organ.
Your cereal has more weed killer than vitamins.
— Robert F. Kennedy (@RobertKennedyJr) on Mark Hyman's Podcast (@drmarkhyman)
An older but still stinging observation from Jordan Peterson:
“People read the history of Nazi Germany and always think they’re Schindler — the one who would have saved Anne Frank.
They never imagine themselves as the perpetrator.
Look at what happened during the pandemic in Canada: 30% of my neighbors were thrilled to inform on the people around them. They would have worn those masks for the rest of their lives if it let them feel morally superior.”
It’s a stark reminder that the line between “good person” and “collaborator” is thinner than we like to admit — especially when virtue-signaling or social pressure is involved.
Have you ever caught yourself (or seen others) enjoying the moral high ground a little too much during a crisis?
Or do you think most people truly would have stood against the crowd if the stakes were higher?
Your thoughts 👇
.@SecKennedy: “We’re fixing the baby formula…We’re testing it for ingredients but we’re also testing it for the ingredients that are not listed; for PFAS, for pesticides, for heavy metals.”
Probably the most important #BillGates video you will ever see. Maybe the most important full stop.
I am serious here - if everyone knew about this, many of our modern issues would be resolved.
This is so important it defies definition:
" The COVID response was a symptom of replacing the culture of questioning in science and medicine with a culture of authority
It didn't matter what was actually true... what mattered was whether you were aligned with authority. "

A lot of people have asked for a comprehensive preparedness list for the winter storm.

⛽️ Gas up every car (and top off any cans if you’ve got them)
💵 Pull cash — assume card readers go down
🔋 Charge everything: phones, battery packs, laptops, tool batteries
🔌 Make one “charging pile” with all cords so nobody’s hunting
🔦 Headlamp for every adult + flashlight for every kid
🏮 Lanterns for the main rooms (no candles… kids + candles = nope)
🔋 Fresh batteries in a big ziplock — label it
🏠 Pick ONE “warm room” right now (small room, easiest to heat)
🚪 Shut doors to the rest of the house
🧣 Blankets over windows at night + towels at the bottom of doors
🛏️ Drag mattresses/pads in there if you need to
🧤 Lay out clothes like it’s ski season: base layer + hoodie + coat + hat + thick socks
👟 Slippers/shoes indoors — cold floors will wreck you
🧦 Dry clothes only — damp socks = change them immediately
⚠️ Generator = OUTSIDE only (not garage, not “cracked door,” OUTSIDE)
🚨 CO alarms working on every floor, especially near bedrooms
🔌 Use outdoor-rated extension cords only — don’t run cords under rugs
🙅♂️ Don’t do any “dryer plug” stuff — not worth dying for
⛽️ Fuel stays OUTSIDE the house
✅ If you’re using a heater: only indoor-rated
🔥 Keep it away from blankets/curtains/kids
🌬️ Crack a window just a tiny bit
😴🚫 Never sleep with a flame heater on
💧 Water: plan 1 gallon per person per day minimum
🪣 Fill bathtub/buckets for flushing/washing
🚱 On a well? Assume ZERO water once power is out
🔧 Find the main water shutoff now (don’t wait)
🚰 When it’s brutally cold: let faucets drip (if water’s still on)
🧊 Open sink cabinets on outside walls
🧣 Wrap exposed pipes / cover outdoor spigots
🧯 Disconnect hoses
🥫 Food: buy 7 days of no-cook / easy stuff
🍞 Stock basics: PB, tuna, crackers, granola, soup, jerky, shelf milk, cereal
🗝️ Manual can opener
🍽️ Paper plates if you don’t want to burn water on dishes
❄️ Fridge/freezer: open it as little as possible
✅ Eat fridge first, then freezer, then pantry
💊 Refill prescriptions
🤒 Kids fever meds + thermometer + first-aid kit
⚡️ CPAP/nebulizer/anything critical: have a power plan
🧼 Baby wipes + sanitizer + trash bags
🪣 No water? Bucket toilet plan (bucket + bags + kitty litter)
🎲 Make a “kid station” in the warm room: books, coloring, cards, board games
🎬 Download movies ahead of time (airplane mode)
🚫 Clear rules: no touching heaters, no cords, no generator zone
🌙🏮 Lantern by hallway/bathroom at night
🧸 One comfort thing per kid in the warm room
📱 Phones: low power mode + dim screen
📝 Write down important numbers on paper
📞 Pick a check-in time with family/friends (morning + evening)
🚗❄️ Don’t drive unless you have to — ice will humble you fast
🧰 Car kit: blanket, flashlight, snacks, water, jumper pack
🚘⚠️ If you run the car for heat: clear the tailpipe and never in an enclosed space
✅ Every morning: quick safety sweep
🚨🔥 CO alarms good, heater clear, cords not hot
🌡️💧 Watch for leaks when things thaw
🤝 Check on neighbors if you can
🗑️ Toss sketchy food when power comes back
⚡️ Bring the house back online slowly (don’t flip everything at once)
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 Liability Shield for Companies Should be Rescinded
Americans deserve safe bio-pharmaceutical products. This would effectively force companies to remove vaccines including mRNA @pfizer@moderna_tx and Spike antigen @Novavax from the market and face a tsunami of liability litigation from injured and disabled patients. Going forward, companies would do rigorous safety testing as they would face standard liability as with any drug in the US. @RealAmVoice@jsolomonReports@AmandaHead

There was a time when people were avoiding protein due to fears that it would spike their glucose and insulin.
This study shows that an extra 15g of protein with each meal significantly improves blood glucose stability!
For best results (in terms of satiety, nutrient density and glucose stability), you can ensure that each meal is protein-focused.
