@kathleen_beeson For what it’s worth, at OHSU, PIs are allowed to offer relocation up to 10% of the salary. of course this depends on the budget of the dep’t. When I was a postdoc, I did ask (made the east to west coast move) which felt awkward and was told that the dep’t didn’t offer to postdocs
