@ScotRail can't seem to access the return part of my m-ticket on the app, the ticket inspector couldn't either. Is this a known issue atm?

Our CCTV shows a DPD driver hitting our business sign and driving away.

If a small business did this, we’d be expected to make it right. Yet 48 hours later: no answer, no accountability.
