One deep realization from attending the @brightonseo conference:
The world is slowly shifting.
- Businesses that adapt will grow.
- Businesses that stay attached only to old deliverables will struggle.
They are looking for clarity....
- Growth.
- Revenue.
- Solutions to real problems that is qualified leads and sales
Marketing is moving toward outcomes, not just activity reports.
The agencies and businesses that truly understand this shift early… will quietly win the next decade.
Great insights!
One small thing we noticed while testing similar frameworks for local clients. Google has become very good at understanding repetitive internal patterns over time.
For example, when the same devices travel the same office routes daily and stay at one location for long working hours, the system slowly starts recognizing that behavior differently from normal customer activity.
What worked even better for us was extending this idea into real-world field activity.
For a roofing client in Dallas, we leaned more into technicians navigating to actual job locations through Google Maps and then uploading real-time photos from those neighborhoods to the GBP.
That combination of:
• physical movement
• diverse local footprints
• and real-world engagement
seemed to create much stronger trust signals over time.
But overall, fully agree with the core philosophy here , local SEO is moving more and more toward real behavioral data, not just traditional optimization anymore.
My biggest takeaways from the Phuket AI Marketing Summit 3-5 Apr '26
→ Build the trust.
→ Do the deep work.
→ Give more than you expect to receive.
The rest takes care of itself.
The deeper truth nobody is saying clearly
Automation compresses the cost of execution. It doesn't eliminate the need for strategy, judgment, and relationships.
During an SEO analysis of an HVAC manufacturer’s website, we noticed a pattern.
Even with DR70+ authority, many pages were struggling because the content focused on brand messaging, not the actual question a searcher had.
High authority 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 compensate for intent mismatch.
Had my first call yesterday with an agency we've been doing white-label SEO and link building for months.
First. Call. Ever.
And the relationship already felt solid.
Big lesson: with agency partners, your work speaks before you do.
Deliver value consistently. The relationship builds itself.
Pressure is a Privilege - Don't waste it
Pressure means expectations. Expectations mean opportunity....
Pressure isn't a burden. It's a proof that something important depends on you. Use it to sharpen focus, strengthen discipline, and elevate performance. Growth begins the moment you stop fearing pressure and start respecting
