NACIN was honoured to host the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, at its Palasamudram campus today, in the august presence of Shri @naralokesh Hon’ble Minister for HRD, IT, Electronics & Communication & RTG, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

👉The Hon’ble Vice President addressed the Officer Trainees of the 76th Batch of IRS (C&IT) and the Special Foundation Course, underscoring the values of integrity, character and impartial administration of law.

👉He emphasised last-mile delivery, inclusive growth, reform-centric governance and the vital role of technology in nation-building, urging young officers to contribute with dedication towards #ViksitBharat.

👉NACIN conveys its sincere gratitude to both dignitaries for their inspiring guidance to the future civil servants.

The Special Foundation Course (SFC) 2025 was inaugurated today at NACIN, Palasamudram by Dr. M. Subramanyam, Director General, NACIN, in the presence of Shri Sriram Taranikanti, Director, LBSNAA. The SFC is being conducted from 8th September to 5th December 2025 for candidates selected through the Civil Services Examination 2023. The Officer Trainees belong to 11 different All India and Central Civil Services. The programme is designed to lay strong foundations for their long and distinguished careers in public service.

In their inaugural addresses, the dignitaries emphasized the importance of discipline, integrity, citizen-centric governance, and the spirit of service to the nation. NACIN is proud to host this flagship programme and contribute to shaping the next generation of civil servants.
