IK 負けしないよう頑張ってヒザ調整したやつ。去年　 Anitoon Lv.1　を受講したときの。

ヒザの位置をいじってモモもスネもストレッチしてくれる良いリグだったので最も調整しやすかった・・・割には、けっこうIK負けしている。苦手です。難しい。
