@Lacey88Shay Just take it one hour at a time, or every fifteen minutes if needed. Decide every hour that you're going to remain sober for the next hour. That's it.
Reach out. There are so many ready to help.

Here's my favorite saying
_________ is crazier than and outhouse rat and twice as evil.
I'll trade ya one Texas phrase for another.
@gallenwilbanks The minute you decide you deserve to have a company move you, that your body deserves not to be sore for a week after, and you'll be much happier if you do hire that company.
@TobieCarter6190 Did you ever consider that maybe it wasn't you that the editor didn't want or it's not that you weren't good enough?
Maybe it was the Universe saving you from a horrible experience. The editor just wasn't the right fit for you.
@WrnrWrites It's not a load of crap.
You don't suck.

@olivem1nt At times like those, I have been known to 'suddenly remember I have something on the stove, in the oven, bread rising, etc.' Sometimes It's better to cut and run. Hugs.
@CocaineAddict6 Remember, you only need to commit to 24 hours. Sometimes it takes committing to the next hour, or half hour, or fifteen minutes. It's easier to eat an elephant one bite at a time than to try and cram the whole thing in your mouth at once. Hugs
