@BrandanHopper1 @mgtmccartney @lennyc0le @Dr_DeanS I applied to medical school in 2005. Doctors pay has gone down over 27% since then. Also free accomodation has disappeared and the pension is worse. This isn't wasn't what I walked into, as a result many are leaving. The strike is to retain staff.

@DrDavidRouse @timricketts_ I agree it should be hard,as it should be challenging and make you better clinically. I don't agree it should be hard because you have no work life balance, no money and no flexibility to do the things you enjoy. That makes bad doctors.
