Thank you @Topuriailia
After every defeat I had, I try to improve mindset and technically. And not losing my focus - learning lessons from fights where my opponent performed better.
Good luck in #UFCWhiteHouse.
God bless folks, and 've a nice weekend
Belal really is just a normal guy who trained a lot. Like, this is how the average person would look at their absolute peak as a fighter. The launching form alone is telling.
All I do is study film, train, drill everyday and sign contracts.. I’m also raising 19 chickens 😆
Its amazing how many people want to see me lose or hate because I ko their guy or lost them a bet slip
Either way, I enjoy the banter of trolls, life is good and grounded

You need to move more in your shadowboxing.
Sounds like a no-brainer but you condition yourself to the capacity to which you can move around for up to 12 rounds. The punches, slips, and techniques have their place but you need to simple move more.
One of the wildest ending sequences to a fight I’ve ever seen.
Was Nkuta out before the bell?
Herb Dean rules it a technical submission for Moraes at 4:59 of Round 3.
😁😂UFC cutman Brad Tate tells a story how he met Joshua Van before Van’s first fight in the UFC:
“So I meet this guy in the elevator — short-notice fight. He was nervous as h*ll. He kept saying, “Man, I don’t know if I belong here.” We had to talk to him and hype him up.
Then he shows up at the arena for the first fight of the night. Nobody was even there yet. The dude was nervous as h*ll. I told him, “Bro, calm down. You got this. Flip that switch, you know?”
“I don’t believe I should be here.”
His hands were literally shaking, and he was sweating like crazy. Then they go out there for the first fight, and the dude he was facing wasn’t feeling well.”
