turns out going monk mode for six weeks and doing love activities and beauty rituals and getting rid of tons of stuff and sobering up and eating whole foods and being surrounded by people you adore does fix your life
Told my therapist that sometimes, I NEED bed rotting to recover from burnout, because it forces me to focus on rest and stop constantly trying to make decisions and face stimuli. My therapist agreed, but didn't like using the term "bed rotting," as it has a negative connotation. Anyone have a more positive term?
