This is how much housing prices have actually fallen by locale according to the latest data from Cotality.
Still all time highs across much of the country.
📢 Why Did the ABC Reject Sall Grover's Voice on the Giggle Ruling?
After the Full Federal Court's decision in Giggle v Tickle, the ABC quickly published commentary celebrating the judgment as a win for trans rights and women's rights.
But what happened when Sall Grover — the woman at the centre of the case — sought to respond?
Over three weeks, Grover exchanged 37 emails with ABC editors, revised her article multiple times, removed material that raised concerns, and was told one version was "very, very good". Yet her piece was ultimately rejected.
Access the email correspondence from Sall Grover and the ABC here:

Now, even the ABC's own Media Watch has questioned why a publishable version could not be found, with former ABC Editorial Director Alan Sunderland saying he could see no reason why a version of the article could not have been published.
🤔 Should a national broadcaster give its audience access to the views of a central participant in one of Australia's most significant sex-discrimination cases?
📰 Our latest article examines the correspondence, the rejection, the legislative history at the centre of the dispute, and the questions raised about editorial balance and public debate.

Personally I would have thought that a government-guaranteed 5% deposit scheme was a sure fire sign we were at the very top of a decades-long bull-run in property. I don't blame the people desperate to simply own their own home, I blame the government.

Good News! Media Watch has just run a segment on the ABC’s refusal to publish Sall Grover’s opinion piece, the very same issue raised in the two letters published today on our site.
This shows that public pressure and formal complaints are being noticed. However, it also highlights ongoing problems with the ABC’s handling of women’s rights and free speech.
Will the ABC now take real action on impartiality, or will this just be another token segment? We’ll be watching closely.

Big Troubles Are A-Coming
State debt is about to explode. NSW debt will jump 331% by 2030 to $273 billion, with interest costs alone hitting $11 billion annually. Victoria's even worse—a 427% increase to $291 billion, where interest will swallow $12 billion or 9.4% of the entire state budget.
Tasmania faces the worst blowout of all, with debt jumping 552% by 2030. 📈 Across all states combined, debt will soar 261%—climbing from $270 billion in 2019 to $977 billion by 2030.
When interest costs eat 9% of your budget, there's no money left for schools, hospitals, or roads. This is what happens when governments spend like there's no tomorrow. Tomorrow's here.
Labor just robbed taxpayers last night.
A workplace relations bill that claims to be about addressing an unfair dismissal case backlog passed the lower house and senate through a quiet dirty deal with the Greens.
Hidden deep inside the bill is the right for the federal government to discriminate against independent contractors and small businesses that aren’t unionised.
Put simply, they’re effectively legalising corruption at a national level - ensuring their own political base profits from inflated public works contracts at the taxpayers’ expense.
This grift then flows back to the party through political donations - and so the cycle of tightening Labor’s grip on power continues.
Without any transparency, scrutiny or debate.
“Why is this important? What am I here to tell you? If the state can force you to accept men as women, they can force you to accept anything. Freedom of speech, belief & association are the bedrock of a free society but they are in direct conflict with transgender ideology.”
Australia could learn a lesson from across the ditch.
New Zealand has slashed their immigration.
And as a result, rents have come down.

ABC’s Media Watch contacted me today, to answer questions about the ABC refusing to publish my op-ed.
Some of the questions were from the position of my op-ed about men not being women being “inaccurate & misleading.”
Aside from the fact that my piece was not inaccurate or misleading, the ABC doesn’t have a problem with being inaccurate or misleading.
This is a headline they published about me in 2024. I would argue that it is incredibly inaccurate & misleading.
The ABC is fine with inaccuracy & misleading, so long as it suits their agenda.
Greyhound racing in NSW has come a long way in 10 years, it's just that the general public don't know about it, so we're presenting those facts...

Amazing the narrow lens through which the mass immigrationists view the world.
See only what fits your agenda, cut out the rest.
Of our millions of immigrants only 2% were doctors,
... the rest all need to a doctor!!
“New Zealand’s sharp decline in net overseas migration, which is tracking at historically low levels way below the post-pandemic peak, has also reduced rents.” https://t.co/5fhVPhzWy1
University 'degrees' should no longer be a prerequisite for any government job except in highly technical areas.
Time for basic in person aptitude tests for jobs.
A good idea from Governor Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania.
