@SuperSavajin he was stopping somebody from fighting the mecha serial killer that is still currently trying to kill them as they speak, that will only kill countless more if spared. Dunban almost DIED for that bullshit tf you mean "personal vendetta" ๐ญ
@KeAutism The expectations that this type of analysis creates is the reason why a lot of people were a lot more disappointed with 3 when it came out (before eventually rebounding). As the series starts from scratch again I hope we're finally willing to move on from this stuff.
@KeAutism I respect the work he puts into putting these videos out quick but these videos always just turn into vague guesses and trying to find a way to include the Zohar into everything.
(I still love Three Houses and think most of the community here is way too harsh on it for the sake of engagement bait. But I love Claude and wish he got as much as Dimitri or Edelgard did.)
A lot of the comments here are talking about how he's the only one who "did nothing wrong." While I don't disagree, I think setting up a "schemer" main character with lofty ambitions of changing the world and then not challenging him enough is a failure of writing.
โIโve always found Claude to be an annoying machiavellian piece of trash and I choose to kill him in every playthrough where I have the choice to, him and Rhea are the only characters in all of Three Houses I genuinely hate.โ
Three Hopes did a lot to fix this, and actually tackle the pitch of his character. Claude should be making underhanded moves that even his friends disagree with. I think he's a victim of Three Houses over-ambitious focus that sucks the individuality out of a lot of the routes.
The newest entry in the Fire Emblem series is set to enter the arena! Fire Emblem: Fortuneโs Weave will be releasing on #NintendoSwitch2 in 2026. #NintendoDirect
@herdwicoco book III in general is probably the most feh ever really tried to make a narrative, it does an amazing job of developing Alfonse and plays with the rules of other worlds in an interesting way
