@stewmanji Yeah but this certainly covers the quote "we don't demand a club that wins, we demand a club that tries"
Its very impressive regardless of GD
The situation is pretty simple, if fulham don't win tmw, then #NUFC is officially safe in the Prem.
One again, another year where our 'goal' is accomplished
This is absolute fact. Then look at their careers at #NUFC and tell me those deals at the time weren't good deals. Neither Ivan or Adam produced good enough at any level for over 3 years. I don't blame #NUFC at all for selling them for how much they did at the time
Ivan Toney finishes as the Championship top scorer with 31 league goals.
Adam Armstrong finishes behind him in second with 28 goals.
#NUFC got less than ยฃ3m by selling them both ๐ณ
@ToonArmyToronto Obviously, if you told the club that 2+ years after they cut them that they would be the top 2 goal scorers in the Championship they wouldn't of done it, but nothing they did under their tenure at NUFC said, "yeah let's pay them more"
@LukeEdwardsTele I agree with you. I don't think there's a chance at all that Ashley wins. It was just a comment reflecting that im sure both sides have always been confident. However, as an outsider, it would be the greatest upset of all time if Ashley somehow won this
The Premier League, as Iโve always maintained, are extremely confident theyโll win. Doesnโt mean they will but they believe legal case is watertight. This is a hit and hope by Ashley, a long shot and he knows it. Letโs see but Iโve never been confident. Iโm still not #NUFC
Hypothetical:
You choose one and why?
Newcastle don't get relegated for the next 10 seasons but never finish higher than 14th.
OR
Newcastle have two Europa League campaigns but are also relegated from the prem twice in the next 10 seasons.
#NUFC
@Elijah_Newsome @TGS42084 Two completely different things. NL East champs just means you were better than 4 other teams lolol. I don't agree with hanging banners for that.
