Please I subscribed to @capcutapp last month forth or package of about 15,000naira only for me to be debited twice this month to renewal by @OPay_NG and I’ve gotten neither a refund nor an activation.
It keeps saying my card is declined yet I am debited.
What do I do please?

I have complained to @instagram, the staff said I should reach out to @GooglePlay which I did yet no active subscription recognised.
Then Oga @OPay_NG has been processing the dispute for almost a week now after assuring me it will be rectified within 3 working days.

@OPay_NG I have no idea what's going on.
I canceled my subscription for both @instagram and @facebook via my @OPay_NG debit card but since then, I have been debited twice, and I keep getting failed attempt messages of the same devit everyday. I had to empty the account.
