So it’s now the 4th of May. I sent two emails to the council homeownership dept on 9th of April. Again on the 20th of April. The wife emailed on 1st of may still no response. I am sick of @SloughCouncil and their complete incompetence.

Why is @SloughCouncil so hopeless? Since I completed a Sec42 Lease Extension in 2021, I haven’t Paid ground rent, yet every year they still try to bill me. Each time they apologize and assure me it won’t happen again, but five years on, it’s still the same story.

@Affinity I feel very uneasy about this announcement. I paid for my software. Now its free. And like they say nothing is really free. An we have seen "Free forever" from other before and then we endup paying as it was "free" only for the life of that version etc.

@Affinity What kind of nonsense is this? I was rebuilding my Mac, searched the Mac Store, and couldn't find Affinity. Only by checking my account page in the App Store was I able to reinstall the software I paid for. No to subscription models, and you need to communicate better.
