A quick staff CPD on how to use the tiles for finding factors, factor pairs and prime numbers

• Build the factor Sandwiches
• Write the factors and the pairs
• If it has one pair it is Prime

Give it a try 👍🏻

There’s just great value in exploring the language of maths. It’s a great assessment tool too. The children enjoyed the activity and became intrigued. The lesson that followed was a success. Not surprising with Numicon!
