Give yourself an easy little project. Doesn’t matter how small it is. It just needs to be something that requires some thinking.
It can even as minor as reorganizing all your app icons or going through your kitchen and throwing away all the expired food. Just do something.
Once you realize you've essentially aged out of the majority of YouTube content, the trick is to just watch actual TV and documentaries again. It's way better anyway.

this is going to sound pretentious but i don’t know how adults read YA novels and YA novels only. i’m reading one now because a friend recommended it to me and it’s not bad at all, but its so clearly meant for teenagers. i can’t imagine choosing to only read books at this level.

I know a guy whose level of discipline and drive pushes me to do better with my life. I remember telling him that each time we have ever hung out (it has probably only been twice or thrice in the last three years), I have gone on to do great things for myself.
