NEW: The Prime Minister praises our @itvnews investigation into Blue Ribbon Healthcare Group.
“There is profiteering in this sector and dangerous cost cutting on the backs of vulnerable people. I’m glad ITV has exposed that poor practice in recent days.”

JULIAN ASSANGE IS FREE
Julian Assange is free. He left Belmarsh maximum security prison on the morning of 24 June, after having spent 1901 days there. He was granted bail by the High Court in London and was released at Stansted airport during the afternoon, where he boarded a plane and departed the UK.
This is the result of a global campaign that spanned grass-roots organisers, press freedom campaigners, legislators and leaders from across the political spectrum, all the way to the United Nations. This created the space for a long period of negotiations with the US Department of Justice, leading to a deal that has not yet been formally finalised. We will provide more information as soon as possible.
After more than five years in a 2x3 metre cell, isolated 23 hours a day, he will soon reunite with his wife Stella Assange, and their children, who have only known their father from behind bars.
WikiLeaks published groundbreaking stories of government corruption and human rights abuses, holding the powerful accountable for their actions. As editor-in-chief, Julian paid severely for these principles, and for the people's right to know.
As he returns to Australia, we thank all who stood by us, fought for us, and remained utterly committed in the fight for his freedom.
Julian's freedom is our freedom.

I wished to be awarded this Freedom Prize the moment my country is free from the Israeli occupation.
We -Palestinians- have been suffering from the atrocities committed by the israeli occupation since 1948.
My people in Gaza are now being annihilated and starved while the world remains silent and no one stops this genocide and no one has been able to hold Israel accountable for its crimes, and we will fight for our freedom relentlessly and fearlessly till we witness the liberation of our land, my fight is not done yet.
Keep in mind that no one is free until Palestine is free.
After all the horror that I witnessed while covering the ongoing genocide and after the many times I almost was going to lose my life while reporting on it, there is nothing more important than the protection of journalists. I got the chance to evacuate Gaza, but my journalist colleagues in Gaza currently face threats that severely impact on their life, safety, and their ability to report the truth because of the israeli occupation and its heavy and indiscriminate bombardment.
More than 136 journalists from Gaza lost their lives only for doing their job, but with your support we can all together call for the protection and safety of the palestinian journalists still on the ground risking their lives to continue telling the truth.
I evacuated my beloved country Gaza, but I promised myself to make our message reach the world that we are people looking for our freedom and we are not terrorists.
Please do not stop talking and reporting about Gaza.
Thank you all very much.
