MANDERA - RHAMU RD, B9:

This 80km road has become unmotorable. It now takes more than 2 hrs to drive from Mandera to Rhamu due to the deplorable state of the road. KENYAHA must have contracted someone to maintain it, but clearly, not even simply grading of this trunk rd that links Mandera to Nairobi has been done for long. If Kenha is unconcerned about that part of the country, the County administration can do grading in consultation with the ministry as provided for in law. It's urgent! A shame to both levels of administration !
