Thinking of all of my Christian brothers and sisters around the world tonight. We take our ability to freely worship Jesus for granted.
Let us not forget the Martyrs and take a moment to sit in the sobering realization that we too may die for our faith someday.
Do you have the kind of faith where you would die for our Lord?
May we all be joined together in heaven one day.
Pray for Ethiopia. 🕊️
Christians are hunted and slaughtered all over Africa and the Middle East
More than 100 churches have been burned and vandalized across Canada in the last five years
We must put an end to these evil, hate-motivated attacks
Christians across the world must unite with one another in the face of these atrocities

Ethiopia: At least 47 Ethiopian Christians were killed, and another 18 hospitalized, in coordinated attacks targeting them in the Oromia region.
At least 47 Orthodox Christians were killed in a late-night attack in Shirka Woreda, in Ethiopia’s Oromia Region, Borkena news reports. Armed groups surrounded farming families in their homes around 10:00 PM, blocked the exits, opened fire and set the houses on fire. Local sources told Borkena the attackers included local armed groups and others from the neighboring Bale Zone. Residents asked police to step in, but the outlet reports that officers did not act, saying they had no official orders. Families are now burying their dead among the ashes of their homes. Let us pray for an end to the persecution of Christians in Ethiopia.

@orma_nia You sure they don’t have a book because they think the dos and the don’t are printed in human consciousness or is it because they don’t have a written script

Surviving witnesses claimed regional authorities collaborated with Islamist militias to carry out the massacre.
Church leaders have repeatedly warned local authorities about armed groups entering the area, but received no serious response.
This is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a pattern of targeted attacks against Ethiopian Christians, who militants conflate with Amhara ethnicity.
This fusion of religious and ethnic violence against innocent Christians and their churches must not be tolerated.
We condemn these evil acts and call for the protection of Ethiopia’s Christians.

(UPDATE) ―🔔The reported anti-Christians attacks in Arsi Zone have claimed the lives of nearly 50 Orthodox Christians, raising grave concerns over the safety of religious communities in Oromia region.
How many more innocent lives must be lost before those responsible are held accountable? #Ethiopia
