A very sad day for nursing 😢

The biggest mistake the RCN made was when they sold us out to government by recommending we accept the paydeal initially. This sent a mixed message to its members & the government and weakened the RCNS credibility.

“Exhausted”, “burnt out” and “insulted” are the themes I am hearing from #nurses but make no mistake, our resolve is unbroken for quality patient care. Fair pay = safe staffing, there was money for crony contracts - there should be money to ensure nurses can afford to nurse.
