@etihad can I fly from London to Dubai via a short transit in Abu Dhabi currently? Is all I need a negative covid19 PCR test? As a UK national I would like clarity on this ASAP! Or do I have to fly direct to Dubai? Please respond urgently.
@BorisJohnson, Whitty and Valance: the rates are increasing because you have not closed our borders- travellers are arriving, and not abiding by quarantine but you are not noticing + test,trace is failing. Please fix this before we consider #lockdown and sacrificing our economy!!

@VirginActiveUK 20 minutes to get through to the gym main reception at a gym I pay 120 GBP per month for is ridiculous. Reinstate your direct dials and stop your AVRs or stop taking people’s money for poor service!
@VirginActiveUK trying to call the Mayfair branch, which charges me over £120 per month to be a member and all I get is your AVR, 24 minutes on hold and no human to speak to? This is rubbish service. Sort it out!

@British_Airways Done this already. Many times. You havnt responded to my many messages. It’s pretty poor customer service- lots of chat bots going round in circles..with no way to get any help. Even @jet2tweets was quicker and more effective! Rubbish BA. I expect more.
@Vitality_UK Not an inconvenience but a huge breach of GDPR for the person whose medical details and personal information was released to me. Why do you need me to send you my details - surely you need to ensure your systems are safe for your customers!!!

@laundrapp The order was delivered to an address I was no residing in during the global COVID19 pandemic. No excuses necessary- you ruin items you should be made to pay for replacement tand refund the cleaning cost for them. Terrible service @laundrapp- you are losing customers for a reason
@laundrapp The issue is I want a refund - not excuses! And compensation for damage caused. You had one job- dry clean the bedding. That is your business! So far I’ve been told no refund, and to send the bedding back to be recleaned at risk of more damage. Atrocious service and business!
