@CaloriesProper@Travis_Statham@BrownAdey Is AM fasting still bad idea vs PM? What about skipping breakfast and having later eating windows (12-6). If I recall correctly, you were pretty adamant that AM fasting bad, PM fasting good for regulation of circadian rhythm and helping prevent disruption. Have a new article?
@LCHF_TOOLBOX @kroger They're so good, I especially love the spicy version.. although I can't recall the exact name lol. Makes me sad when I add the calories up though
@GingerMcQueen @GOPPollAnalyst @RasAlGhul_33 @realDougStewart To add to that, 4chan and 8chan have been shutdown several times over the years and banned in some countries by ISPs, but very easily to circumvent. Also, while this is all vile without a doubt, there is the freedom of speech aspect as long as no direct call to violence.
@GingerMcQueen @GOPPollAnalyst @RasAlGhul_33 @realDougStewart We can't sadly, once we start censoring/blocking/taking them down it sets a precedent. What stops someone from suddenly using bots to post something like this and getting other sites shut down? Also, the companies that host these image boards are probably not even touchable
Small screening of 45 Ohio middle school students finds 2 with undetected diabetes, plus:
"About a third of students had high blood sugar or cholesterol, and nearly half of students had high blood pressure on at least one of two blood pressure readings."

@oneterribleidea @redsteeze@benshapiro Honestly this.. Just finished reading all 74 pages. Guy is completely bonkers; one of his goals is to ripple and divide all of us even more. He knows he'll be used as an example for more gun control and even picked NZ because he wanted to show people that nowhere is safe.
@theckman@SFBART Your math is all over the place; fixed --
54000 bits per ms * 1000 ms = 54000000 bits per second
54000000 bps / 1000 / 1000 = 54 megabits per second
54 mbps / 8 = 6.75 MBps
But even if misuse bits and bytes like you did, 51.49 mbps / 8 = 6.43625 not quite sure how you got 7ish
@tednaiman 24 years here... I left and for some reason came back... π But to be fair, south NJ wasn't exactly all that much of an improvement, hopeful to leave again soon though.
@bigfatsurprise WV* and I mean I wouldn't call Morgantown rural, at least in comparison to rural areas like my hometown with <1100 people. But glad to see some doctor's here finally moving in the right direction. I was surprised when my doc told me about low carb when I had issues with my weight
@Lyle_Genyk@Drgarthdavis@SBakerMD@drjkahn Seems like a bad idea and irrelevant unless you up carbs. Physiological IR does happen but for good reason. If doing a GTT, a carb up is definitely recommended 2-3 days prior. Having ate 0-10g carbs for the past 3 years, I can fail a GTT without the increase days before.
@ItsTheWooo I know some people are more prone to paranoia/psychosis from the higher thc these days but cbd in itself has been helpful for management of my anxiety/panic disorder these days too. Plus with the multiple forms of dosing there days, you can pretty much avoid the smoking aspect
