We have 4 teams in our department.

The MODEL (Metabolic, Obesity, Diabetes, Endocrine & Lipid) team support patients in a range of areas, from insulin dose adjustment for patients living with type 1 diabetes, to education for lipodystrophy. 🧵 ⬇️
