Because that is literally not the stated purpose of a filing for dismissal. For example, I did not address or as you would say “contest” Brigitte Macron’s claims that she is a woman in my filing for dismissal out of Delaware courts. Because we are arguing the filing in and of itself is defective as it is in the wrong state.
You keep relying on people being completely ignorant of how the court process works to lie to the public about what is happening. It’s a good thing they listen my podcast and not whatever it is you and Andrew think you do daily, so I can break down why it would be wholly inappropriate for them to contest anything other than the charges they are attempting to get immediately dismissed (in this case, charges 1, 6, and 7) before those arguments are decided on by the court.
