Today I turned 50 which is a milestone for anyone. For this ALS warrior it is more significant. The average lifespan is 2-5 years. I am grateful to have passed 5 years since diagnosis. I am still fighting and relished my surprise birthday party #Friends.#ALS #Grateful #love #bday

I don't post here as often but I wanted to let you all know the ALS guy is still alive and kicking. I just passed the 5 year maximum lifespan we are given. I am grateful to have had a visit yesterday with one of my closest friends. #ALS Friends #gratitude #Grateful #alssucks
