@U2HatersRMorons@cutetonberry@JNavok I knew there were a few of you out here. No, it was not a bad idea. It was a good idea that unethical people chose to utilize in the worst ways possible.
There was a lot of potential in there for QoL improvements on our end, which we did get. But man did it get way out of hand.
@Firebreather452 If it was in favor of cartridges, awesome. It's 100% about physical media. It wouldn't make sense, since Blu Ray is a Sony thing... but, whatever.
I just don't buy digital games on console. That's one of the many things PC is for.
@ZikadaPrime The advantage of PC is flexibility. Sure, I've got GOG and Steam for games. It's also my home recording studio. It's my primary device to listen to music on. I use it to create FLAC out of CDs
I like a device that's useful for more than games, watching blu rays and streaming
@JuniorRosfield@CoffyCatTactics People like you that are obsessed with being part of the "majority" is what is destroying society. Try thinking for yourself on occasion.
@OmoiteS I dunno. You guys are still supporting them after a whole generation with barely any exclusives, and are even fighting for them to get rid of physical media/consumer rights. Not really high brain cell behavior.
@cutetonberry@JNavok It really is. I've only seen less than a handful of people saying digital shouldn't be a thing. If anything, we also want them to have the same consumer rights we get from physical.
No idea why they are fighting against their own best interest so fervently
@RinoTheBouncer I've had all three major consoles. Getting another Xbox depends on that, AND whether or not they actually start producing some games. Sony and Microsoft blew this generation.
