Lungs are 100% effected. Doctor said There are zero chances of him getting recovered unless, lung transplantation is done which costs 1.5cr.
Patient is already on ventilator since 15days now and 15L already spent.

Just checked. Doctor suggesting not to move the patient from the hospital because right now he's having 70% oxygen flow and saturation is around 90 . So moving the patient is not possible.
