@anaesthetic_spr How much does experience count in this situation? I agree, 5th yr a medical Students probably know more, but are they able to put it to use as well as experienced ACPs. I personally believe there is a place for ACPs but they can never replace Doctors.

@DrRJWebb My Trust only value compliance, have they ticked the box? Terrible system, staff totally fatigued with the amount of superfluous e-learning so when the important stuff is needed, it is treated with the same amount of dismay. You cant replace face to face training with e-learning
