Following our formal re-appeal in the letter dated 11th May to allow students who have paid at least 60% tuition to sit for the corresponding percentage of registered course units, the Office of the Vice Chancellor has communicated that the request was not accepted due to existing fees payment policies.

While the surcharge waivers we secured remain in place, the 60% tuition waiver was unfortunately not successful and we therefore encourage all students to clear their outstanding balances before the examination period to avoid any inconveniences.

The postmortem report confirms the cause of death as carbon monoxide poisoning. As we prepare to lay her to rest tomorrow in Kwania District, let us keep her family and friends in our prayers.
