The spring season is officially here and most of my situations start like this early on. This is a swarm that landed about 24-48 hrs before I got there and in that time frame they managed to move into the wall.

The solar company installed this breaker box onto this wall and missed some openings or holes in the stucco and that allowed a colony of bees to get inside to start setting up shop.

Luckily if a situation is caught Early on, I am able to chase the bees out of a wall or roof without having to cut into it. The spray I use is what I like to call "liquid smoke". I don't use real smoke as it poses a fire risk. Smokers emit embers that can cause fires and with a firefighter background I try to avoid liabilities like that especially in California.

See a swarm, have it relocated, this can save someone a bigger situation and expense.

It's important to realize the necessity of bees and why we need them for human survival.....that is for food. 85% of crops rely on them and without them we are doomed!
