Trying to move to @verizon cell service at a store was like opening a portal to Hell- Dear @TMobile , please forgive me and thank you for making this move back easy
@Verizon@TMobile 2.) After spending additional frustrating hours with a Verizon rep, the rep acknowledged receipt of the phones and our account was closed with a zero balance. Today we get this in the mail:
@Verizon@TMobile 1.) Wife and I switched to Verizon on 04/29- the whole experience was just a sh*t sandwhich. Verizon received the returned phones via UPS on 05/06 but even after receiving we were still sent a bill for $459.44
@DIRECTV FFS, never in my life have I had such a frustrating day experience with a television viewing provider as what I’m STILL dealing with - I’m in TV Hell and still waiting for a DM days later so I can respond to someone -
