@nycHealthy @RAF29422854 Thanks but how will they contact me when they seem to have no record of my existence though I got 1st dose? I’ve never gotten an email even when I got appt for 1st dose. When I called vax hotline and Medrite today both had zero record of me. Please advise @nycHealthy

@nycHealthy Seems those who got 1st vax via Medrite during its glitches might not be contacted via email? Current DOH website says "we will be contacted" about 2nd but when i investigated, seems neither DOH nor Medrite has record of me tho i got 1st vax already. Never got any email at all

@RAF29422854 @nycHealthy i went in circles, NYCDOHMH vax number told me to call the Chelsea clinic where i got it, but that number was actually Medrite, and I wonder if i got the same guy, who was absolutely unhelpful and seemed to have no idea what i was talking about

@nycHealthy For the record, I’m a Latino gay man and a nurse practitioner in a HIV/prep clinic where we see multiple mpx patients daily. System needs to be fixed all the way up to cdc and fda. I want to be part of the solution on the macro level, even while currently in the trenches daily.

@nycHealthy I got 1st dose on 7/10 but never got an email due to all the Medrite glitches. How can I get confirmation of 1st dose? I have printout with the QR code from 1st appointment and the “Patient Vaccine Administration Record” from Medrite, but not “first dose appointment number.”
