@SP_LimitReviews Not enough YouTube money yet for the Hest? lol... I just sold the Exped I had for the Model Y and will likely get the Hest (prefer foam over air mattresses) but will wait for the inevitable 20% or more discount code. The markup by Hest just because its for a Rivian is silly.
@RivianTrackr The internet hive mind when it comes to this stuff is just fucking outrageous. The R2 range is a non-issue even on roadtrips. I had less range in a 2018 M3P and I drove that all over the country when there were hardly any superchargers. Again, a non-issue.
@EthanPh@ZevCyber@anishh12334 Yes it was. I had a 2018 M3P and currently have a 2021 Model Y LR, they both never met EPA expectations. The R2 is perfectly fine considering its shape.
@RivianTrackr I have the OG's for the R1T and my emblems on the mats are not yellow. I actually prefer that so it doesn't stick out like yellow does in the interior. Given the lack of third party options, I still ordered them anyway.
@brandenflasch Let me go cancel my R2 delivery...πLet's see which one has better battery degradation in a few years. My 5 year old Model Y is probably under 80% at this point. My 4 year old R1T is probably like 2%.
@TravisKetchum@Rivian Buying lightly used is best. Mine cost $14-15k in 29 months of ownership. I say that as I get ready to pickup a new R2 next week... π
@Hilbe Interesting. When was Arizona added? My guide told me just earlier this week it wasn't available in Arizona yet but that seemed odd as I was getting it offered during the purchase process of my R2.
@DomDoesMedia I'm trading in my Gen 1 R1T, and people just can't understand. It's a "downgrade". To me, its not. It will serve my needs just as well. I've stopped putting energy into those explanations.
@brandenflasch Being a car guy on the internet for a long time, Wagons are one of those things where everyone says they want one or would own one, but that never translated to actual sales. In Europe maybe, but not here.
@Hilbe I've been using the UTR in my Rivian since it was released. The Beryl AX has better range but for what I need it for, (Airplanes, Hotels, Cruise Ships) it works great and much more travel friendly.
@NearlyCooked@jmwilt21 He is clearly not a Tesla stan. I just had a engaging back and forth conversation with him in this thread and he has plenty of valid points. I may not agree, but I understand his perspective. Celebrate people that have opinions with substance of which he does.
@SP_LimitReviews I'm excited to get the same spec very soon. Right now its having the time of its life traveling the country via train. Not even a phone call to let me know how its doing or when it will be home.
@jmwilt21 π As you said, its likely that you are used to Tesla's. I drive both every day and have to train my brain when I go from one car to another. Regarding the window, there is an actual physical button for that by the rearview mirror but I believe its also in the quick menu
