Got exposed to someone with COVID yesterday. Which test should I get done?
Don’t get any test; it’s too early. Observe for 14-d. If no symptoms, declare victory
If symptoms develop, get a PCR test and isolate
The tests are always negative immediately after exposure
I have a very bad caffeine hangover atm, and it can ruin my day just like that. Just a small cup, not even an espresso, can detached me from any thought at all.
Now I'm hiding under piles of blanket, see if that helps calming myself down.
By actively listening and taking the time to understand what someone is going through, we can help them feel supported and encouraged, and connect them to additional support if they need it.

Obviously passion vs anger thing, this is... I dunno, maybe?
Anyway, it's only 9 AM and it's too early for having too much emotion. After 12 PM then it's okay. i don't wanna waste my tears when the sun's out and bright like this.
Mom already getting angry at the phone. Dad's continuing his yesterday meeting, also speaking pretty loud to his zoom meeting. It's a bit weird and feeling left out that I'm not having that much of urgency in this house. Although I don't have to feel like that.
Now that I'm a tax-paying adult too, I'm still looking for that kind of anger that just burns everyday... for the right reasons. If that makes sense.
To live is to be angry about something? You gotta have bits of anger to fight for something, right?
