The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon.

Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon, At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it.

Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon. The teacher said to the students, "These balloons arelike happiness.

50+ million views later, as @ZohranKMamdani Rentgate continues, many questions remain: why did you tell the NYT and Vital City that you were moving out but never do it? Did your wealthy parents guarantee the apartment? How did you find this apartment- through a special political connection? How could you claim you didn’t know it was rent-stabilized? You were a tenant counselor at the time and the lease must’ve said it.

So many questions, 0 answers and a sad distraction tour.

Zohran’s Law will apply prospectively to new tenants (current tenants are not impacted). Fixing this broken system for the future ensures hardworking New Yorkers get the housing they need to stay in the city.

In Feb. 2021, @rweingarten was allowed to rewrite CDC policy on school reopenings to make sure they stayed closed. In summer of ***2021***, @rweingarten tried to keep schools closed for the following school year. It is a monstrous lie that she wanted to open schools.

CDC was going to change idiotic 6 foot rule to only slightly less idiotic 3 foot rule, largely allowing schools in blue areas to reopen. CDC met with Randi, were convinced to keep it at 6 feet. Kids still haven't recovered. You're not going to get to lie about this.

More grim details about yesterday’s stabbing and murder of three innocent people in NYC are emerging.

The individual who went on this stabbing spree had seven prior arrests and was out on the streets BECAUSE Bragg’s @ManhattanDA office did not ask for bail . According to the judge the crimes were not even bail eligible, despite the perpetrator ‘s recent arrests and past history. So he was released and free to kill.

Three innocent lives were lost because of bad laws that people like @bradhoylman @BrianKavanaghNY @LizKrueger refuse to change.

But there is something else not getting enough attention:

City policies have allowed dangerous individuals who should be under some form of supervision to live in low barrier shelters in residential neighborhoods.

Housing these dangerous people in residential neighborhoods are enriching billionaire slumlords.

This perpetrator was living in a nearby low barrier facility owned and operated by a wealthy slumlord real estate investor who is making a boatload of cash every day from housing these individuals.

We must say enough is enough and vote the people who brought us this mayhem OUT of office.
