Anyone else who can’t open the downloaded file to retrieve appointment code after an online payment for passport renewal with @DFAPHL? Mine seems corrupted and I have not received the corresponding e-mail. Any tips?

I am also trying to call to ask for further assistance but the line has been busy the whole morning. Others were able to view their application using the code but it’s not working for me, may it be on mobile, mac or pc. 🥺

@missjaye11 @ipe This didn’t work out for me. Thought of using an android phone cause I wanted to check if the same things will happen. On my first attempt, the dropdown worked just fine. Was able to pay but the downloaded file was corrupted. No e-mail confirmation either 😢

@MATom_MD 😭 also tried multiple times and when i finally reached the payment section, there was no selection from the Province dropdown. Input for mandatory fields were likewise disabled. After a while, I tried to book an appointment again but was told that an appointment already exists.
