I think we can start by slowly selling down our 50% share of TokTok + borrowing against our BTC holdings if we didn’t want to sell them. We can then add to this by directing any revenues from land/drilling deals and sales of any RE from all of the abandoned buildings.
This is ~$50-100B with little effort over the first 2-3 years. No borrowing.
It should be invested in a mix of index funds, bonds, PE, HFs and VC where VC is less than 10% and should shrink as the denominator gets bigger.
The President may ultimately need to call all the big honchos - Blackstone, Citadel, RenTec etc and I suspect they will immediately show up for a press conference at the WH to announce that America is now an LP in their fund. To be excluded could be terrible PR and negative morale to US employees.
I also suspect that the President could ask for a special fee arrangement: 0.5% fee + 10% carry. I suspect these leaders would agree.
