We are sending appeals every few hours only to have them rejected. How they can take down a charity page and bully an elderly person by rejecting her IDs are beyond me. Any and all help/advice to recover our access to the page is welcome at this point.

Stuck in an extremely unfortunate situation with @instagram @Meta. We have had an IG page for our non profit @dhaiakshar since its inception and recently lost access to it because of an age verification jumble. The main person running the page is @nylamas who is 62 years old.

IG is not accepting any of her IDs (licence, passport, Aadhar) for the page and continues to reject our appeals. This page is CRUCIAL to us as it's an archive of all of our (more imp the kids') hard work and is essential for our fundraising activities.
