This is the exact kind of 'nuisance' protest the Police & Crime Bill is aimed at. Protests that are indeed peaceful but a right royal pain in the backside. The Bill will make this an offence.

The group have marched onto the M32 and are currently sat on the carriageway.
The motorway has subsequently been closed to inbound traffic at Junction 3 in the interests of safety.

I can relate to this - I’ve had days where I’ve felt like this too.
When everything we do and all that we are exposed to at work is the horrible things that people do; theft/burglary, violence, drugs etc, it’s sometimes too easy to forget the good massively outweighs the bad.

Vehicle stopped and male driver discovered to be suffering from suspected stroke.
Thanks go to public who reported it and assisted in him getting medical attention from @NEAmbulance

Amongst this anti police violence, remember to teach your kids not to be scared of police!
If they ever get lost or go missing they should know to recognise and run towards us NOT fear and run away.

It is a very dangerous lesson to teach them that we are the enemy.
