男性Vが伸びにくいというのがまた議題になってるっぽいけど、色んな原因がある中の一つとして、誰に向けてやってる活動なのか？がぼやけた時のデバフが女性よりデカいというのがあると思いまして…。

※以下私の周辺の観察結果から来る個人的な推察であり業界全体の話ではない事をご承知おきください

女性Vが伸びやすい（？）のは、外見で異性のファンをキャッチして、会話とかゲームプレイの様子とか、男の子が「オッ！かわいい！」と思える瞬間が多いからでは。
恋愛対象と言うほどではないが、愛玩対象として女性配信者はちょうどいい立ち位置なので、少しツボに入るとすぐ「推します！」という人が増えていく。
なので、正直ある程度異性目線を意識すれば、マーケティングとか考えなくてもまあまあなんとかなるケースが多い。
（勿論私のようなわけのわからん例外も居るが）

男性の場合は、ファンを取りに行く！といいつつ、同性の友達作りの延長みたいな活動の方が多い印象があります。
とはいえ、同性のリスナーは元々女性Vのファンをしてるし、ゲーム配信なり参加型なりは、女性配信者がやっちゃってる分そちらに流れやすい。
そして、女性リスナーは元々そこまでユーザーが多くないので、異性ファンを取りに行くにしてもかなりニッチな活動になるというスタートラインから割と手詰まりに近い状況になってるんと違うかな～と。

こうなってくると、顔ファン作りというよりは、ひたすら「自分を推すと何が得られるか」というバリューの提供をメインにするしか無いのですが、肝心のバリューの提供がとにかく難しい。
ゲームがめっちゃ上手いのか、あまりにヘタすぎて笑えるのか、参加型でずっと文句も言わず遊んでくれる人なのか、リスナーの知らない事を教えてくれるのか。
女には出来ない男同士の相談に載ってくれるのか、一緒に下世話な下ネタで盛り上がって笑ったりしてくれるのか。
逆に男だからこそ女性の相談に載って話をしてくれたり、というニッチ層をしっかりファンにつけていく異性寄りの活動にしていくとか。

趣味の活動を越えて伸びたい！と思うなら、いつの時代も一芸持ちじゃないと正直厳しいとは思います。
ただ、一芸は活動しながら磨いていけば良い。

と言うわけで、伸びない男性のブレイクスルーはとにかく「バリューの提供」「同性ならではの共感」にあると私は思ってます。
頑張ってくれ男性V、まだやれることいっぱいあるぞ…！！！女から言われるの嫌だと思うんだけど、ごめんやで
ほんともったいない人たくさんいるから頑張ってほしい…！！
