Next president ata hatutaki atutengenezee barabara. Tutatembelea kwa matope. Tunataka tu atufungie wezi wa mali ya uma. Na alete referendum so we can make corruption a capital crime punishable ONLY by death.
Today, a Rwandan trader in Mwiki was robbed of his bucket of mandazi, two thermos flasks of black coffee, and the money he had made selling to honest people.
The thieves were chang’aa addicts who thought they had found an easy target.
Unfortunately for them, they found the wrong neighbourhood.
I responded immediately from Maji Mazuri. One robber left the encounter with fewer teeth than he arrived with; another went home with a head injury. Meanwhile, we raised KSh 3,500 for our fellow African trader to help him get back on his feet.
Let me be very clear: we are not going to stand by while criminals prey on hardworking Africans trying to survive.
A man wakes up, makes mandazi and coffee, carries his little business on his back and comes to Kenya to earn an honest living. The least we can give him is security and dignity.
To the mugukaa, miraa, & chang’aa gang: mandazi is not your inheritance, coffee is not your birthright, and Mwiki is not a free-for-all buffet.
We are Africans before we are anything else.
We welcome our brothers and sisters from across this continent, and we will defend their right to work peacefully.
Kenya must never become another South Africa where fellow Africans are attacked simply because they crossed a border looking for a better life.
We can be tough on criminals without becoming cruel to foreigners.
Leave hardworking traders alone.
Let them hustle.
Let them eat.
Let them go home safely.

The only reason I dislike driving at night is that you'd start overtaking only to realize the oncoming isn't a motorbike but a whole canter with only it's left headlight working
@AbdinurPeace All Kikuyu CS's wise or not should take advantage of the remarks by CS duale and quit the government.Otherwise they'll be treated as outsiders in https://t.co/7pOk4y9dWu to Gachaghua in this grace period for them to survive politically

@ernest_nyakundi - Structural design flaws -how and whey should this be blamed on the contractor can this if he folly and did as per the structural engineers instructions?
This school is 5–7°C cooler inside than outside.
And the roof does most of the work.
Gando Primary School was designed by Francis Kéré and built with the local community in Gando, Burkina Faso.
In hot climates, 40–60% of heat enters a building through the roof.
So if the roof performs well, indoor comfort improves significantly.
Here are key strategies used:
1. Double roof system
A metal roof sits above a clay brick ceiling.
Between them is an air gap.
When the metal roof heats up, hot air escapes through the gap instead of entering the classroom.
2. Clay brick vault
The clay ceiling absorbs heat slowly during the day and releases it at night, helping stabilise indoor temperatures.
3. Large roof overhangs
They shade the walls and reduce solar exposure.
4. Raised roof structure
The lifted metal roof allows continuous airflow around the building.
5. Lightweight outer roof
The aluminium sheet heats quickly but releases heat quickly because of the ventilated cavity.
6. The most important cooling principle in this building is something I talk about often.
If you’ve been following my posts, you probably know it.
What is it?
Drop your guess in the comments.
Temperatures in Gando can reach 40–42°C, yet the classrooms stay around 34–36°C without air conditioning.
I’ve been getting many questions about climate-responsive design lately, so I’m building a framework that breaks down the principles behind passively cooled buildings in hot climates.

As an Iranian living inside my country during war, I will say this plainly.
The chance of me being killed by masked, armed men roaming the streets, or by gunmen standing on mosque rooftops behind machine guns, is far greater than the chance of dying in an airstrike.
That is the truth of life under the Islamic Regime occupying Iran. The real fear here has never come from the sky. It has always come from the men the regime unleashes among its own people.

I would not recommend this in our modern construction.
Water tank should not be under the same room with you.
Sometimes those tanks burst because of high temperature,
And in case of overflow or breakage that will form source mosquitoes and you maybe be electrocuted.
Do it appropriately and safely please
Good morning
