@kungfucarlos @rhyscass @jim_rutt I hear you. I started this as a thought experiment when I saw that a transcript is just a ledger of accounts. I never thought the rabbit hole would be this deep. I never noticed that a digital high school transcript is the most leveraged upgrade vector to education.
