The strap broke on my @DXRacer lumbar support pillow on the weekend. In less than 48 hours from when I first emailed them, a new pillow is on the way via @FedEx despite it being 5 months over my warranty. It's nice to still see quality customer service exists. Thank you DXRacer!!
